Overview

Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity?  Atchley is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team. We cover both the Russellville and the Fort Smith areas!

 

Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What you will do:

  • Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
  • Maintain strong customer service
  • Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
  • Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment

What you will bring:

  • 1-5+ Years HVAC service experience preferred
  • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors
