What You'll Do:

• Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical) 

• Maintain accurate customer records in our database

• Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues

• Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians

• Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role (required)

• Service Titan experience (Required)
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical dispatch (preferred)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a customer-first attitude

• Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus

Location: In Office

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
